Instructions on how to subscribe to a Podcast

Please follow the following steps:

Step 1: Go to http://pmi.mypodcasts.net/, click on the [RSS] Podcast feed.

This will open a new page with lots of funky looking code. Don’t be alarmed.

Step 2: Copy this URL http://pmi.mypodcasts.net/podcast.php.

Step 3 - Open iTunes, go to Advanced, then click on Subscribe to the podcast

Step 4 - Paste the URL you just copied from the web into iTunes, hit OK.

iTunes will automatically download the most recent podcast from the website.

After the download is complete you can click the small silver arrow and see other episodes that the author has previously published. Click the 'Get' button to download the additional files or go directly to the website. Its possible iTunes hasn’t picked up the next episode yet. (They typically pull from feeds every 24 hours.)

Next time you sync your iPod to your computer the podcasts will transfer to the iPod.

How do I subscribe to one the podcasts using iTunes?

• Copy the link to the podcast feed. -- On the detail page of each podcast listed in the directory you will see a link called a Podcast Feed. You can copy this link by right clicking on the link and selecting copy shortcut. Or you can click on the link and copy the link from the address bar on your browser.
• Add link to iTunes -- Open up iTunes and go to the Advanced menu located on the top left of iTunes. Within the Advanced menu, you will see “Subscribe to Podcast” as the third listing. Choose this option and a dialogue box will open up asking for a URL. Paste the link to your Podcast Feed into the dialogue box and click OK. You have now added this podcast to your subscribed podcasts.
  This process should work to add any podcast feed to your iTunes. You may see podcast feeds also described as RSS feeds and XML feeds. These are often shown on sites with an orange button with RSS or XML on them.
